		<description>Maybe I should worry more but if things get dire again I&#039;ll go back to Duke. I know it&#039;s growing slowly so probably no reason to worry. I&#039;m having no bad symptoms.

Well a post is this and twitter is a way to send hokey little messages all day long saying what you are doing. I really don&#039;t get the attraction ;) But apparently somehow my twitter updates from my blog posts. Not sure why you would get both.</description>

Wow, you certainly should get more attention about this. Not every doctor has a personality that matches with the patient. too bad you are not in Wisconsin because my spouse and my daughter would treat you a lot better.
OT - question : what is the difference between a Post and a Twitter? I get both in my rss feed.
